The aim of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program is improve aesthetically the culinary culture and to preserve and develop it. Gastronomy is an ideal department for those who want to improve themselves in cooking and business. Tourism Faculty Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is an undergraduate program especially for those who are interested in different businesses or food. It offers students suitable opportunities to work in famous local and international restaurants or hotels. The Faculty of Tourism Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program offers students the opportunity to blend theory with practice, with its applied cuisine. There are restaurants, cafes and hotels where students work as part of their weekly work experience program within the university.
